Version 3.0.3 of phpBB (Open Source Forums Software) Released

phpBB Group relesead version 3.0.3 of it’s widely used Open Source Forums solution phpBB. This release addresses numerous stability fixes, performance tweaks and general bugs fixed. Apart from some tiny new features, this version also introduces two major new features: template inheritance and a post-based queue. The new version can be downloaded from http://www.phpbb.com/downloads/. Users of phpBB are suggested to upgrade their installations as bug submissions and incident reports for versions other than 3.0.3 and 2.0.23 will be closed shortly.

Please refer to the changelog, available at http://www.phpbb.com/support/documents.php?mode=changelog&version=3 for a complete list of fixes since 3.0.2.

A short explanation of how to do a conversion, installation or update is included within the provided INSTALL.html file, please be sure to read it, before installing or upgrading your forum.
