Recently I was asked by a client of mine to upgrade her self-hosted WordPress blog to 2.71. from 2.6. cPanel will no longer issue licenses for version 10.8.x or below after December 1, 2007. Few months back cPanel had release version 11 of it’s popular Hosting control panel
